What You'll Do
- Manage and review complex tax engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategy and planning
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and review work of staff and seniors
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and firm revenue
- Play a key role in long-term firm leadership and succession planning
What We're Looking For
- CPA required
- 8-12 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong technical expertise in business and individual taxation (C-Corp, S-Corp, partnerships, 1040s)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
- Interest in leadership and long-term growth (partnership mindset)
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
