We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a focus on concrete structures, structural calculations, product development, and troubleshooting. This role will require a comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations, safety rules, and RFI. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for overseeing all structural engineering aspects of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural design process of construction projects, ensuring all designs adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct detailed structural calculations and analysis for a variety of construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects and construction managers to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Develop, design, and test various construction products, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations and safety rules.
- Prepare and submit detailed RFI's (Request for Information) as needed.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficient in concrete structures, structural calculations, product development, and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety rules, and RFI.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using structural engineering software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
