Overview
- Serve as the Product Owner for Test, responsible for defining and driving the overall testing strategy.
- Act as a strategic thought leader rather than a tactical tester.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing for hardware-integrated systems.
- Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments is a strong plus (medical device industry preferred).
- Define Strategy & Vision: Lead the team by translating customer needs into technological solutions and contributing to strategic direction through technical expertise and innovation.
- Own Backlog & Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the team backlog, define user stories, and coordinate cross-team dependencies for Program Increment (PI) and iteration planning.
- Drive Acceptance & Delivery: Approve all features and user stories using defined acceptance criteria and a clear definition of done to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead Team Processes: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, promote built-in quality, and participate in continuous improvement activities such as Inspect and Adapt events.
- Represent & Communicate: Present project outcomes internally and externally, and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
