Responsibilities:
- Partner within an Agile squad to ensure quality is engineered into each story and feature.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web applications and REST APIs using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Perform integration testing across event-driven, API, and serverless architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, developers, vendors, and business partners.
- Conduct requirement analysis, defect tracking, test reporting, and release signoff.
- Apply root cause analysis to defects and recommend remediation.
- Leverage CI tools such as Jenkins for test execution and reporting.
- Contribute ideas that improve test strategy, tooling, and delivery speed.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript for UI automation.
- Hands-on experience testing REST APIs.
- Strong software engineering skills and ability to write production-quality code.
- Familiarity with Copilot and modern developer tooling.
- Experience with integration testing across independent systems.
- Relational database experience.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, and Xray integrations.
- AWS experience helpful.
- Strong analytical skills, collaborative communication, and ability to champion quality engineering.
