We re seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Engineer to design, manage, and optimize our enterprise CMDB within ServiceNow. You ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, automation, and alignment with best practices across IT services and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CMDB architecture, data model, and governance aligned with CSDM.
• Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE configurations.
• Automate data reconciliation, certification, and quality processes.
• Partner with ITAM/ITOM teams to enhance data integrity and visibility.
• Define and implement CMDB best practices, controls, and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of ServiceNow experience with CMDB, ITOM, or ITAM.
• Strong hands-on expertise with CSDM, IRE, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Skilled in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Transform Maps.
• Familiar with data governance and integration architecture.
• ServiceNow certifications and ITIL knowledge preferred.
  
  

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery / ITOM Implementation Specialist
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• CSDM Practitioner (preferred)
