Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Leader to support large-scale enterprise data initiatives. This role oversees both Agile and waterfall efforts, with primary responsibility for complex data integration programs. The position functions mostly in a Scrum leadership capacity while also handling broader project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communications, and overall delivery
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation plans
• Oversee data and infrastructure-related initiatives, including secure systems
• Facilitate status, planning, and stakeholder meetings
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, reports, and project repositories
• Configure and manage tracking tools and boards
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Coordinate with external vendors and distributed teams
• Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure milestone completion
  
  

Contract Details:

Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite weekly). Office located in a central business district with transit access and modern amenities.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of project management experience
• Scrum Master experience with active certification
• Strong background in data integration, cloud, and infrastructure projects
• Experience in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and waterfall environments
• Skilled in requirements documentation and stakeholder communication
• Experience managing third-party vendors
• Stable work history preferred

• PMP certification
• Experience with enterprise integration tools
• Exposure to analytics or data-focused teams
