Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master cum Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for enterprise-scale automotive and fleet management platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile Delivery, Scrum Framework, and Azure DevOps, along with the ability to manage distributed onsite-offshore teams and engage with executive stakeholders.
This role requires ownership of sprint execution, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high sprint velocity.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
- Manage distributed teams and ensure alignment across onsite-offshore delivery models
- Track and report sprint progress using Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Burndown Charts, Velocity Tracking)
- Drive collaboration between .NET, React, Data Engineering, QA, and Product teams
- Handle stakeholder management and executive-level communication (CTO/VP/Director level)
- Identify and mitigate risks through risk management and dependency resolution frameworks
- Facilitate backlog grooming, user story definition, and acceptance criteria alignment
- Maintain transparency via daily status reporting, dashboards, and escalation logs
- Ensure effective communication using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office tools
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certified Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) or PMI-ACP (mandatory)
- Preferred: SAFe Agilist Certification, Azure DevOps Fundamentals
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe framework
- 5 years of experience as Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile environments
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and Agile tracking
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software projects
- Experience working with distributed teams (onsite-offshore model)
- Exposure to automotive or fleet management domain is a plus
- Experience in Jira to Azure DevOps migration is desirable
