The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) / MECM, Windows infrastructure, automation, and endpoint security.
This role requires a senior-level professional who can architect, implement, and optimize endpoint management solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and desktop support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration and optimization of SCCM / MECM infrastructure across enterprise environments
- Design and manage OS deployments, imaging, task sequences, and device provisioning
- Manage monthly patching cycles, security updates, and compliance reporting
- Deploy software packages, applications, and enterprise updates globally
- Integrate SCCM with Intune / Co-Management / Autopilot solutions
- Troubleshoot client health, distribution points, boundaries, and performance issues
- Create automation scripts using PowerShell for deployment and reporting tasks
- Manage endpoint security policies, BitLocker, Defender integrations, and compliance standards
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams for vulnerability remediation
- Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational processes
- Provide mentorship to junior administrators and technical guidance to support teams
- Participate in upgrade, migration, and cloud transformation initiatives
- 7 years of experience in SCCM / MECM Administration
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Expertise in OSD, Task Sequences, Imaging, PXE Boot
- Experience in Patch Management / WSUS / Compliance Reporting
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Intune / Co-management
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and enterprise best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Intune MDM / Autopilot experience
- VMware / Citrix environment exposure
- ITIL process knowledge
- Microsoft certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
