Senior Salesforce Developer

Position Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support. The ideal candidate will work on both existing Salesforce-based applications and new enterprise application initiatives, collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and ongoing system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.
• Drive projects from requirements through implementation with minimal supervision.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and support readiness for implemented solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex programming with solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Experience implementing Salesforce design patterns and best practices.

Hands-on experience with:

• Apex Classes and Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components
• Visualforce Pages
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Configuration and Customization
• CRUD/FLS Security Model
• Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Strong understanding of:

• OOP concepts and design patterns
• Full-stack web application development
• SDLC methodologies
• Requirements analysis and technical design
• .NET development with OOP and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
• SQL and relational database design
• Web services and API integrations
• Enterprise application architecture
