Job Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer will lead design, development, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), integrations, and Salesforce data models, with ownership of end-to-end delivery and technical leadership across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including configuration, customization, and integrations
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers
• Build modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
• Implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools
• Optimize Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and security architecture
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data, and integration issues
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release management
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security, and best practices
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex programming and trigger frameworks
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models (standard & custom objects)
• Strong experience with SOQL and SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Platform Events
• Web Services
• Middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce security model:
• Profiles, Permission Sets
• Roles, Sharing Rules
• Field-level security
• Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams

• Salesforce Certifications (one or more preferred):
• Platform Developer I / II
• Application Architect
• System Architect
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud (Communities)
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
