Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce Government Cloud. This role is essential for supporting public-sector programs and ensuring all solutions align with technical standards and security requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration designs and configuration strategies.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Review Salesforce release notes to assess impacts on existing systems.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and execute updates and enhancements.
  
  

Required Technical Skills:

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuration, customization, and solution design.
• 5 years of strong development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• 3 years supporting public-sector or compliance-heavy programs.
• 2 years of experience leading technical discovery and design sessions.
• Proven ability to implement security controls and governance standards.
