We''re seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to support the development and validation of advanced semiconductor and high-frequency products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems for RF and electronic products
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation of RF devices and modules using automated and manual test equipment
- Analyze test results, identify performance trends, and generate technical reports
- Create and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support new product introductions and ongoing product performance
- Participate in RF test strategy development, equipment selection, and process improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and manufacturing readiness
- Provide technical guidance and training to test technicians and support teams
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- 5 years of experience in RF testing, test development, and automated test systems
- Strong understanding of RF components including amplifiers, attenuators, splitters, mixers, and frequency conversion devices
- Solid knowledge of RF measurement techniques and test methodologies
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies such as SPC, DOE, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as JMP or similar platforms
- Programming or scripting experience with Python, LabVIEW, C, C , or similar languages
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
