Must-Have Requirements:
12 years of experience in AML model testing, validation, or development within financial services.
Testing experience (QC and QA)
Hands on Jira experience
Strong hands-on programming experience in SAS (Base SAS, SAS SQL, Macros)
Working knowledge of Python
Solid understanding of AML models (Transaction Monitoring, Customer Segmentation, Risk Scoring).
Proven ability to perform quantitative testing, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive
documentation.
Experience working in Agile project environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex technical findings to non-technical
audiences.
