Kforce has a client in Allen, TX that is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support testing and quality validation for payment processing systems, including ATM and debit transaction workflows. This role is responsible for designing and executing test plans, validating system enhancements, and ensuring overall product quality across releases. This position requires strong experience with transactional systems and an ability to analyze complex data flows. The ideal candidate brings both a hands-on QA background and an engineering mindset to improve testing processes and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and enhancements
- Perform functional and transaction-based testing for payment processing systems
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution and retesting
- Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and development teams to refine requirements
- Review requirements and design documentation to ensure testability and completeness
- Track testing progress and provide clear status updates
- Support end-to-end QA lifecycle activities from planning through delivery
- Maintain test data, environments, and documentation
- Contribute to automation efforts and ongoing QA process improvements
- 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Experience creating and executing test plans and managing defect lifecycles
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with payment systems or transaction processing (ATM, debit, or merchant transactions)
- Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging or transaction simulation tools
- Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments
- Exposure to test automation tools or frameworks
- Experience with version control or DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
