Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of proposal development, from initial planning to final submission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure proposal content aligns with client requirements.
Create and maintain a library of proposal content and templates for streamlined use in future projects.
Conduct thorough market research to develop competitive and persuasive proposals.
Ensure all proposals are formatted and written to meet company standards and client expectations.
Track and report proposal data, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Foundation Software to manage proposal workflows and maintain accurate records.
Write clear, compelling, and tailored responses to proposal questions and requirements.
Integrate intellectual property considerations into proposal strategies when applicable.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of all proposal materials.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on creating compelling and impactful content.
Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for document creation and presentation design.
Familiarity with intellectual property concepts is preferred.
Experience using Salesforce and Foundation Software to manage workflows and data.
Ability to conduct detailed market research and apply findings to proposal strategies.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
