- Lead delivery of enterprise-wide digital transformation projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Manage projects and system enhancements following SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, and timelines
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
- Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings and provide status reporting
- Create presentations and communication materials for business and IT leadership
- Perform system analysis including scope documentation and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops (e.g., JAD sessions), data analysis, and business process/workflow documentation
- Gather, refine, and prioritize complex business requirements into actionable backlogs
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define product goals and roadmaps
- Support Agile team cadence, continuous improvement, and mentoring of team members
- Manage dependencies across teams in complex system environments
- Track and maintain team visual management boards and project artifacts
- Identify and mitigate risks, impediments, and delivery challenges
- Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage cross-functional projects of moderate to high complexity
- Coordinate enterprise-wide communication across stakeholders impacting scope, budget, and risk
- Track key milestones and adjust plans or resources as needed
- Oversee multiple medium to large-scale projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to perform multiple roles: Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Business Analyst
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strong technical background to interpret complex business requirements
- Ability to multitask, innovate, and work with minimal supervision
- Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms with complex data and integrations
- Experience working with enterprise functions such as Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure
- Budget management and forecasting experience
- Experience with Agile at Scale (SAFe framework)
- Automotive industry experience and understanding of OEM-dealer ecosystem
- Experience implementing survey tools or platforms
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for managing project artifacts and delivery
- Scrum Master or SAFe certification
