Key Responsibilities
- Develop engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct feasibility studies and support design decisions
- Manage projects from concept through execution
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and plant teams
- Review engineering work for compliance with codes and standards
- Oversee installation and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Manage project budgets and financial performance
- Lead project planning, scope definition, and bid evaluations
- Maintain project documentation including drawings and manuals
- Support production line modifications and process improvements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of project engineering experience
- Strong project management and budget management experience
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Manufacturing experience required (food preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Food manufacturing experience
- Meat processing or kill floor experience
