Responsibilities
- Oversee RFIs/submittals workflow and drive timely turnaround
- Own specific project scopes (e.g., concrete, interiors, site, MEP support)
- Assist PM with buyout, leveling, exhibits, and vendor coordination
- Track cost events, change documentation, and billing support
- Mentor PEs and help set the pace for project admin excellence
- 3 years as PE (or equivalent) on commercial/industrial/multifamily work
- Strong knowledge of subcontracts, scopes, and construction documentation
- Procore Bluebeam experience preferred
- High ownership mindset; can push items to closure without hand-holding
- Comfortable working with field leaders and subs daily
