Job Description:

• Own end to end program delivery across multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Establish and govern program level planning, milestones, dependencies, and execution frameworks across workstreams.
• Provide financial oversight, including program budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and contractual commitments.
• Lead cross functional stakeholder engagement across business, IT, vendors, and compliance teams to drive alignment and informed decision making.
• Proactively identify and manage program level risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Drive program governance and reporting, define standards, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with enterprise processes and controls.
• Enable continuous improvement through performance tracking, lessons learned, and process optimization.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple concurrent and interdependent projects.
• Strong expertise in program governance, planning, and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non technical teams.
• Strong ability to manage program level risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Experience working with cross functional and geographically distributed teams.
  
  

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Domain experience in Auto Finance / Captive Finance (e.g., loan origination, servicing, leasing, dealer finance, credit, collections).
• Exposure to financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience managing multi vendor or third party delivery programs.
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks, enterprise reporting standards, and KPI driven governance.
