Duties:
- Lead oversight and coordination of multiple large-scale enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
- Manage cross-program dependencies, timelines, and integration efforts to ensure cohesive delivery across the organization
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Program Managers and project teams to maintain execution quality and delivery consistency
- Align program objectives and priorities with broader business goals and organizational strategy
- Monitor overall program health, including risks, performance metrics, timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes
- Identify and resolve escalated risks, issues, and resource conflicts impacting enterprise initiatives
- Facilitate executive-level governance meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions
- Ensure consistent application of project and program management standards, methodologies, and governance processes
- Partner with senior business leaders and stakeholders to address cross-functional challenges and maintain delivery momentum
- Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and business value
- Oversee consolidated program planning, reporting, and communication efforts across multiple workstreams
- Support organizational readiness, change management, and transition planning activities to ensure successful adoption of program outcomes
- Ensure program deliverables remain aligned to approved scope, objectives, and expected business results
- Promote continuous improvement in program execution, governance, and operational effectiveness
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs
- Ability to navigate competing priorities while driving alignment across stakeholders, teams, and business functions
