Required Skills & Experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
10 years of IT program or project management experience
Experience managing large, complex technology programs with multiple Agile teams
2 years supporting Federal government programs
Experience leading DevSecOps or Agile delivery programs with 50 personnel
Experience supporting system modernization and O&M environments
3 years of business process analysis and change management experience
Strong Communication Skills With Experience Briefing Senior Government Leaders
Experience with tools such as Jira, Figma, or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
OR PMP / PgMP certification in lieu of degree
Desired Skills & Experience
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, Lean Agile)
Experience Supporting DHS Or Other Federal Civilian Agencies
Experience leading large-scale IT modernization or digital transformation programs
Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud modernization, and continuous delivery
