- Design, implement, test, and support workflow logic that drives client interactions on the private shares platform.
- Collaborate with technical leads and product managers to refine requirements and inform product direction.
- Build, deploy, and support production web applications using languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Apply automation and testing strategies to ensure code robustness and reliability.
- Use source control and CI/CD tools and practices to maintain high-quality delivery.
- Research and prototype growth opportunities and new technologies to extend the platform.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to engineering excellence.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting production web applications with Python and/or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions.
- Hands-on experience with source code management and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
- Demonstrated ownership of automation and testing to ensure code quality.
