  • 10 PLUS years of core Pega experience

Should know Pega inside and out from a system prospective, if it fails, how do we trouble shoot? Why is pega structured the way that it is? How do you

manipulate Pega?

  • Candidate should be architect level
  • 10 years of lead experience - this candidate will have developers that report

directly to him/her
