Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience engineering and administering Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server enterprise databases.
• Proficiency in programming with T-SQL and PL/SQL to develop complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience in managing Sun Solaris Unix environments alongside Oracle WebLogic and Fusion Middleware.
• Experience with modernizing enterprise data architectures utilizing Azure Synapse and Databricks platforms.
• Experience in constructing and automating robust ETL data pipelines, SSIS packages, and CRON scripts.
• Experience with deploying advanced business intelligence dashboards utilizing Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior technical staff.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive database administration, server maintenance, and seamless software deployment migrations.
• Optimize database structures and tune complex SQL queries to maximize enterprise application performance.
• Automate critical administrative workflows utilizing SQL Server job schedulers, SSIS packages, and ETL pipelines.
• Manage and configure Oracle WebLogic servers and Sun Solaris operating environments to ensure high availability.
• Design logical data models and enforce strict data integrity protocols across complex relational database architectures.
• Evaluate and transition legacy on-premises databases into modern Azure Synapse cloud data warehousing solutions.
• Produce standardized technical documentation and conduct rigorous quality assurance validation for all system changes.
