>> Plan overall documentation needs and provide technical documentation relating to system design, application deployment planning, and production support requirements.
>> Drive quality best practices including design reviews, unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration to ensure a defect-free delivery.
>> Proactively seek to minimize impacts to stakeholders through planning and employing a systematic approach to managing issue queues.
>> Collaborate with Business and IT teams across Onshore, Onsite and Offshore.
>> Report weekly accomplishments, status of risks and mitigation actions.
