Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise network operations across Juniper-based environments
- Execute configuration changes and infrastructure updates
- Perform patching, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management activities
- Support network modernization and infrastructure refresh initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues
- Support routing, switching, segmentation, and access control initiatives
- Assist with firewall administration and network security efforts
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams on strategic initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to network performance, reliability, and scalability
- 5 years of Network Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Juniper EX, QFX, and SRX platforms
- Deep Junos OS expertise
- Experience with MPLS and VRF environments
- Strong enterprise routing and switching experience
- Experience supporting production networking environments
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience executing network changes independently
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
