- Lead the modernization of legacy systems into scalable, secure, and high-performance web-based platforms
- Design and develop enterprise applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC 5, Entity Framework, and LINQ
- Develop and consume RESTful Web Services/APIs to support application integration and functionality
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT tokens and API security best practices
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, T-SQL stored procedures, and PL/SQL scripts for performance and scalability using MS SQL Server
- Integrate front-end and backend components to support seamless business workflows and real-time data processing
- Perform data entry, database management, and creation of new databases/projects as required
- Track project progress, including invoice tracking and budget management support where applicable
- Create and manage client communications, including automated emails using mail merge or similar tools
- Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control, CI/CD, and deployment
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and code quality
- Support cybersecurity and disaster recovery initiatives aligned with state compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, QA, and offshore teams
