Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, and 3d CAD to design and implement manufacturing processes.
- Oversee CNC machining, metal forming, and heat treating operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive material testing to ensure quality and durability of manufactured products.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Lead and manage projects to implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, or processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Proficiency in CNC Machining (turning), metal products, SolidWorks, and material testing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with or ability to program CNC machines
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with industry safety and environmental regulations.
