My Client is looking for a highly experienced Lead Java/Spring Boot Developer with strong enterprise application design, integration, and OpenShift deployment expertise, specifically with experience working in government organizations or public sector environments.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s-level degree in an IT-related or engineering field from a recognized college or university.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least Ten (10) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience in designing and developing Java and Spring Boot solutions.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience in developing APIs for system integrations.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience deploying, configuring, and managing applications on the Red Hat OpenShift platform.
- Ten (10) years of software engineering experience developing and maintaining applications that use an Oracle database as the backend.
