- 8 years of experience in a project management role.
- 8 years of experience developing integrated plans, portfolio reporting, project reporting, and communicating progress to senior executives.
- 5 years of experience assisting clients in executing strategies involving technology, process, organizational design, and IT operations.
- 8 years of experience developing project documentation for strategic, business improvement, and information technology initiatives in compliance with legislative, legal, and audit requirements.
- 8 years of experience supporting and collaborating directly with internal stakeholders and external users.
- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with all client groups.
- 5 years of experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
- 8 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and align solutions to product vision and user needs.
- 5 years of senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals, and deliverables such as roadmaps, governance materials, briefing notes, and business cases.

- Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of system changes, enhancements, and release activities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Maintain project documentation including request for change logs, requirements, testing records, decision logs, and communication updates.
- Coordinate and facilitate testing cycles, including test script development, execution support, defect validation, and deployment readiness activities.
- Provide day-to-day functional support for the case management system and triage issues requiring technical escalation.
- Align system enhancements with organizational standards, business practices, and digital service delivery expectations.
- Ensure project materials, system documentation, templates, letters, forms, and business process resources remain current and accurate.
- Maintain understanding of operational workflows and performance metrics to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Conduct data validation, quality assurance reviews, and integrity checks to ensure accurate case and program reporting.
- Gather reporting requirements and work with stakeholders to ensure reports and dashboards align with business needs.
- Produce, validate, and distribute reports, metrics, and performance information.
- Monitor and document issues, trends, and data quality observations, and escalate risks with mitigation recommendations.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, decision documentation, action item tracking, and follow-up.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, system power users, vendors, partners, and business units.
- Communicate project updates, decisions, risks, and impacts to leadership and governance groups.
- Support change management and communications related to system updates, enhancements, and reporting changes.
- Proactively identify risks, emerging issues, and support structured escalation and resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital content for program websites and online portals.
- Prepare requests for change and requests for service with clearly documented requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for website updates, portal enhancements, and digital form changes prior to deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with vendors, IT partners, and internal teams.
- Support development and maintenance of online forms, templates, business documentation, and digital resources.
- Provide operational, administrative, and coordination support to executive leadership.
- Collaborate closely with IT systems leadership on planning, issue escalation, testing coordination, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with program directors to align system updates, reporting outputs, and operational changes with business requirements.
- Regularly update executives and directors on progress, risks, key decisions, and milestones.
- Support case management system power users by coordinating feedback and preparing program areas for changes, enhancements, and testing cycles.
- Provide cross-training and backup coverage to support business continuity.
- Perform additional duties supporting modernization, digital improvements, and organizational priorities.
- Active PMP certification preferred.
- Active Certified Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Strong public sector or regulatory environment experience.
- Strong governance, business case, and executive reporting experience.
- Strong change management and digital transformation support experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master certification preferred.
