Manage Microsoft Windows Server environments, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Administer and support Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 applications for efficient communication and collaboration.
Implement and manage VMware solutions to enhance virtualization and system performance.
Monitor system performance and address any issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other IT teams to develop and execute strategies for system upgrades and improvements.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices across all IT systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Document procedures and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 applications.
Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
