- The Senior IT Business Analyst analyzes and proposes system solutions for business and IT partners.
- This role acts as a strategic business liaison, translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- It includes feasibility analysis, scoping, solution recommendations, and validation of business needs.
- The position supports complex requirements efforts and mentors less experienced analysts.
- This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, defining and documenting requirements, identifying effective solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting system enhancements while ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Ability to analyze and design solutions independently with limited guidance.
- Ability to lead moderate to high complexity business requirements efforts.

- 4 years of experience analyzing, designing, and developing functional requirements, functional design, and UX/UI design.
- 3 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience with high complexity project participation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing, project management, software development, regulatory compliance, operations, or maintenance.
- Experience applying seasoned judgment to adapt techniques and provide credible recommendations.
- Experience supporting end-to-end business process analysis.
- Experience preparing business cases and consulting with clients on technology solutions.
- Experience reviewing design and technical specification documents.
- Experience participating in project estimates
- Experience providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced employees.
- Analyze and design solutions with limited guidance.
- Lead requirements efforts for moderate to high complexity initiatives.
