Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Interface Analyst in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams, partners, and vendors to gather and validate interface requirements
- Design and document interface solutions, specifications, and layouts for development
- Review and update web service specifications and existing layouts with stakeholders
- Coordinate integration testing, deployments, and production support with partners and vendors
- Analyze and resolve interface and data issues; perform data analysis on file transfers
- Support data extraction, exchange, and conversion for new projects
- Maintain and enhance existing interfaces; act as liaison between business, partners, and development teams
- Work with infrastructure teams on approvals and changes for networks, gateways, and security
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of IT experience with strong interface and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hosting standards, interface design, and data structures
- Expertise in SOAP Web Services, XML, data exchange, and sFTP protocols
- Skilled in SQL, requirement documentation, and technical specifications
- Experience with web service testing tools (e.g., SoapUI) and validation
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux and encryption
- Strong health insurance domain knowledge (interfaces, data structures, transactions)
- Proficient in business analysis across SDLC
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
