Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an instructional designer, trainer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.
- Experience designing instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience developing learning content across multiple platforms.
- Experience conducting needs assessments, task analysis, and instructional analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia training materials.
- Create course design documents, outlines, presentations, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Develop visually engaging learning content aligned with branding guidelines.
- Conduct front-end analysis including needs assessment, content analysis, and task analysis.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to enhance learning experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end instructional design projects, including status updates and quality reviews.
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning products for accuracy and relevance.
- Master s degree in Instructional Design (preferred).
- Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe, and Adobe Premiere.
- E-Learning Instructional Design Certification (upon hire).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Graphic design and multimedia development skills.
