We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior Infrastructure Cloud engineer on our team, you will use your development experience to build, deploy, and manage a cloud agnostic platform for a multi-tenant environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless operation and deployment of cloud-native applications. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5 years of experience developing, deploying, and managing applications within AWS
- 5 years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, management, container orchestration, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- 5 years of experience with deploying, configuring, and maintaining Linux server systems in the Cloud
- 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm for Kubernetes, or Terragrunt
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 8 years of experience with Cloud Infrastructure, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience with Cloud Infrastructure
- Ability to obtain a Security CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date
- Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang prefer red
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools
- Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
- Experience with using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Pro met heus
- Experience with Pulumi or Crossplane
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification
- Security CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
