Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end setup of servers, network topology, connectivity, and security protocols.
Provide support to Development and QA teams to resolve environment-related bottlenecks.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., Verisk) to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
Supporting Integration of components using different tools and systems e.g. AWS S3, SFTP, Autosys
Lead the setup of the FDH and MuleSoft DR environment, ensuring seamless connectivity and failover capabilities with the FAST Platform
Drive the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure compliance with CNO requirements
Ensure all solutions meet production-readiness standards and pass enterprise security gates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 10 years in IT, with 3 years in a Technical or Infrastructure Architect role, preferably within the Insurance (L&A) domain.
Infrastructure & Integration: Deep understanding of server management, network security, and middleware
Platform Knowledge: Experience with FAST insurance platforms or similar Policy Administration Systems (PAS) is a significant plus.
Security: Strong expertise in RBAC, identity management, SSO, and enterprise security hardening.
Soft Skills: Good stakeholder management and coordination skills; ability to drive interactions among different stakeholders including CNO and Verisk.
