We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple complex, high-visibility IT projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in large-scale application management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project methodologies.

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple complex, high-visibility IT projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in large-scale application management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects and large-scale applications
- Strong experience with multi-system integrations across various environments
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Visio, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability in conflict resolution, mediation, and consensus building
- Experience working in matrixed team structures
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and PMP certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with State Government Health & Human Services (HHS) programs or Insurance Exchange systems
