Core Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Define and document business requirements, goals, and workflows across Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time & Attendance, and Gratuity.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze existing systems, data flows, APIs, and integrations to identify constraints and improvements.
- Design and review scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize system workflows and HR processes.
- Work with IT, Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Scope Clarification.
- Liaise with end-users and business teams to validate solutions.
- Contribute to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including user story development and implementation.
- Support production systems, including job monitoring and issue resolution.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Validate integrations, data accuracy, and end-to-end workflows prior to deployment.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Assist in change management, including documentation, training, and communication plan
- Implement new applications, integrations, and enhancements with technical teams.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements and upgrades.
- Generate system performance and project reports.
- Ensure adherence to IT regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements.
HR Domain & Integrations
- Strong expertise in HR systems: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Gratuity, and Workday integrations.
- 10β14 years of experience in C#, , .NET Framework, and Azure Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation across large enterprise projects.
- Experience in both Development and Production Support environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple priorities.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong focus on system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Ability to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions aligned with business needs.
