You will generate and maintain accurate wiring diagrams, redline updates, and bill-of-materials revisions, collaborating closely with peer engineers. Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical field experience
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Experience designing and building hardware with commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) modules.
Familiarity with aerospace/defense interface standards such as ARINC 429/664, CAN, RS-232, MIL-STD-1553, etc.
Ability to create and maintain wiring diagrams, redline updates, and bill-of-materials revisions.
Desired Skills
Experience leading a small team or managing a technical project, coordinating tasks and schedules.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders outside the department, building consensus and clear communication channels.
Strong presentation skills for briefings to senior leadership, customers, and government officials.
Familiarity with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes, including budget tracking and reporting.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
