- The Senior Filling / Visual Inspection Associate is responsible for supporting aseptic manufacturing operations, including filling, inspection, and equipment handling in a controlled environment.
- This role requires adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient production processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in aseptic processing or GMP production.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, calculations, and documentation.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous waste in compliance with safety procedures.
- Follow schedules, procedures, and operational documents.
- Assist in training team members and improving operational procedures.
- Perform aseptic techniques, including media fills and sterile filtration.
- Conduct cleanroom gowning and maintain compliance with validation standards.
- Prepare disinfectants and perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas.
- Support environmental monitoring activities such as air sampling and plate placement.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production and sterilization equipment.
- Perform sampling and transfer for quality control testing.
- Conduct filter integrity testing and maintain proper documentation.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting.
- Experience with GMP production and aseptic processing.
- Knowledge of documentation practices, deviation management, and production coordination.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and material safety guidelines.
- Ability to work with specialized production and inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Salary : $37 - $42
