Role Overview
This is a hands-on developer position with responsibility for the design, construction, testing, and deployment of data solutions. The role involves participation in Agile ceremonies and communication with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and collaboration. The primary goals include the successful implementation of a new application and the migration of an existing application to an in-house ETL tool.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills: Proven ETL experience with tools such as IBM DataStage, Informatica, Oracle, and Teradata. Experience with SAP packs, high data volumes, and performance tuning in DataStage or Informatica is desired.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00 to $65.06 per hour. This position is a contract role.

- Perform core ETL development for data movement, data quality, and data cleansing using tools like IBM DataStage.
- Translate ETL designs from Business Users and Solution Architects into specific development activities.
- Design, implement, and operate process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction.
- Create supporting documentation, such as metadata, entity relationship diagrams, and process flow charts.
- Troubleshoot ETL process failures and provide technical support for ETL-related issues.
- Enable teams with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise and knowledge of ETL solutions for data integration projects.
- Prepare deployment packages, including documentation and component exports.
- Guide teams on design and best practices for high code performance.
- Conduct research and prototyping to evaluate new toolsets for release management and CI/CD.
