Responsibilities:
GenAI Platform Engineering
Build enterprise GenAI foundations
Implement model access controls, governance, and guardrails
Enable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Standardize Agents and orchestration patterns
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Develop reusable Terraform modules for infrastructure
Implement IAM, security policies, encryption, and network controls
Establish scalable and governed cloud provisioning patterns
Prevent configuration drift using policy-driven IaC practices
DevOps and CI/CD Enablement
Design CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Automate Terraform deployment workflows
Implement environment promotion and approval gates
Integrate security scanning and enterprise identity controls
Responsible AI and Security
Implement Guardrails for:
Data protection
Model governance
Hallucination mitigation
Enterprise compliance alignment
Enable auditability and secure AI usage patterns
Observability and FinOps
Implement centralized logging and monitoring
Integrate with Splunk and FinOps platforms (Apptio)
Enable cost visibility and operational governance
Hybrid/Multi-Cloud Connectivity
Design secure connectivity
Enable data access from:
Azure Data Lake Gen2
SharePoint Online
Implement encrypted and identity-based data transfer patterns
Operational Readiness
Develop operational runbooks and architecture documentation
Support knowledge transfer and platform handoff
Define enterprise operating models and governance frameworks
Qualifications:
Strong architecture and DevOps experience
Hands-on GenAI platform experience
Expert-level Terraform
CI/CD Experience (Azure DevOps Preferred)
IAM, KMS, networking, and enterprise security controls
Containerized or modern cloud-native deployments
Logging and observability experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Enterprise consulting background
RAG/LLM platform implementations
Responsible AI or AI governance frameworks
Multi-cloud environments
Financial or regulated enterprise environments
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
