The ideal candidate will manage design and construction activities, coordinate with contractors and federal agencies, and ensure that all work meets stringent quality, safety, and performance standards. This is an on-site role supporting multiple Veterans Affairs medical centers. Required Skills & Experience

- 6 Years of experience in design and construction
- Licensed Professional Architect or Engineer (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong understanding of federal and state construction regulations.
- Experience with healthcare, laboratory, or government facility projects preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship (required).
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineering background strongly desired.
