Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Windows operating systems across on-premises and cloud-integrated environments.
- Design, implement, and support unified mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions using Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
- Securely monitor and manage a wide range of mobile devices that access sensitive business data, ensuring compliance with organizational security and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate and manage Azure and Office 365 services to support endpoint, identity, and access management for Windows and mobile platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows operating systems, Azure, Intune, and Office 365, driving timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define and enforce policies for device, application, and data protection.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, configuration baselines, and documentation for Windows and cloud-based device management solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices for Windows administration and mobile device management.
- Evaluate new features, capabilities, and functional concepts in Microsoft technologies and apply them effectively to improve stability, security, and user experience.
- Support planning and execution of upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives related to Windows, Intune, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on stable and secure operations.
- Ability to quickly understand and adopt new functional and technical concepts, applying them effectively in production environments.
- Proven capability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams in a Specialist/Lead capacity.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in managing critical infrastructure and services.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems administration and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM, including policy configuration, compliance management, and application deployment.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services relevant to identity, security, and device management (e.g., Azure AD, Conditional Access, device compliance policies).
- Working knowledge of Office 365 administration and integration with Windows and mobile device ecosystems.
- Understanding of security best practices for managing devices and applications that access sensitive business data.
- Familiarity with enterprise endpoint management concepts, including patching, configuration management, and endpoint security controls.
- Relevant professional certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows) are preferred.
