As a Senior Employment Lawyer / Senior Labor Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Maryland Bar license
- Demonstrated experience handling plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution
- Proven ability to manage a caseload through all phases of litigation or arbitration
- Comfort operating independently at the senior level, with sharp attention to detail and clear, effective written and oral communication
- Ability and desire to mentor, teach, and guide new associates in the practice of law.
