Job Details / Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of embedded software/firmware for IoT and wireless connectivity devices
Architect and implement robust, secure, and high-performance embedded systems
Work closely with hardware teams to bring up new product designs and resolve complex issues
Develop and maintain device drivers, communication protocols, and low-level firmware
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and power optimization
Participate in full product lifecycle from concept through production and field support
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction and best practices
Qualifications:
7 years of professional experience in embedded software/firmware development
Strong proficiency in C/C for resource-constrained embedded environments
Proven experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
Solid understanding of hardware-software interaction and debugging at the board level
Experience with wireless communication protocols (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, etc.) strongly preferred
BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
