Key Responsibilities:
- Review and document EDI claims processing and transactions; identify gaps and document improvements
- Serve as SME for ACAPS system modernization in .NET
- Ensure reliable file exchanges with external partners; resolve EDI transmission conflicts
- Test and validate new/existing systems; write technical specs from business requirements
- Provide helpdesk support for EDI claim transactions and provider onboarding
- EDI formats: 835, 837, 210 (5 years)
- Database/SQL experience (5 years)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Health industry experience and IBM WebSphere (WTX) knowledge are highly desirable
