Senior Document Control Specialist role in Upstream Oil and Gas domain to manage document control activities for engineering documents and data like PIDs, ISOs, Electrical Schematics, Civil, Structural, Datasheets, vendor packages, test reports, fabrication packages. Create Engineering change Masters, track till closure. Allocate document numbers, maintain metadata accuracy, revision control, manage redline markups, as built updates. Facilitate document review and approval workflows through Blue

8-10 years

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute
Manage document control activities for engineering documents and data, allocate doc numbers, manage metadata, as built updates
Facilitate document review and approval workflows through Bluebeam sessions
Ensure technical documents received from vendor meet contractual VDDR expectations, Validate completeness and upload to SAP DMS and link to appropriate functional locations

The person has to work at North Slope in Alaska in 14x14 rotational shifts of 12 hours per day. All conveyance, food and accommodation will be provided by client for stay at North Slope and transport from Anchorage to North Slope.
