You will play a pivotal role in shaping our DevOps culture, driving automation-first practices, and enabling rapid, secure, and resilient software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments
- Drive infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
- Lead automation initiatives to eliminate manual processes across environments
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime (SRE principles)
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to streamline delivery
- Own incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems
- Enforce DevSecOps best practices across the development lifecycle
- Mentor engineers and establish DevOps standards and governance
- 12 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform (multi-cloud is a strong plus)
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
- Deep understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
- Experience in high-scale production environments
- Experience implementing SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
- Exposure to DevSecOps and security automation
- Hands-on with microservices and distributed systems
- Knowledge of cost optimization and cloud governance
- Certifications in AWS / Azure / Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)
