The Consulting Senior Detection & Response Engineer will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and responding to security threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring the safety and integrity of our systems and data.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise in data source, Python, TTP, backlog, Crowdstrike, MeticulousAI, ResolveAI, AugmentAI, Bastion, CircleCI, WAF, Sailpoint, and VDI to enhance our security posture.
- Perform regular tuning and enrichment of security tools and systems to minimize false positives and improve detection capabilities.
- Develop and implement advanced detection strategies and methodologies to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct detailed analyses of security incidents and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective response to security incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, threats, and vulnerabilities to ensure our systems and data are adequately protected.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Tech Services industry.
- Proven experience with the following technologies: data source, Python, TTP, backlog, Crowdstrike, MeticulousAI, ResolveAI, AugmentAI, Bastion, CircleCI, WAF, Sailpoint, tuning, enrichment, false positive, detection, and VDI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.
- A passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) would be an added advantage.
